The Nuts & Bolts of Your Maintenance Operation
The goal of this course is to assist administrators in post-acute care environments with overseeing a more productive and effective maintenance program. Administrators of long-term care and assisted living facilities are responsible for a wide variety of functions, including the upkeep of the physical facilities or ‘communities’. Maintenance is challenging but it should not be overwhelming for any administrator. It is important to have a basic knowledge of the ‘nuts and bolts’ of your building construction, preventative maintenance, equipment replacement, and realistic maintenance budgets.
